I ordered a set of DVD's from DVD Planet in December 2009. They billed me $ 57.90 and I never received the dvd's.

I sent numerous emails to them, which they answered with "We already shipped your item please be patient it is the Holiday season so packages are taking longer than expected. If you don't received in 10 Business day, please let us know. We will ship your item again with a tracking number". I did NOT receive them, and did not receive a tracking number nor did I receive any response after contacting them 2 more times!

And they will not refund my $ 57.90!
